Mixed male corgi found 9-30-08 in Silver Spring, MD, near Hillandale. Possibly mixed with lab. Has been on his own for some time,and thin. Friendly, but frightened. No tags, no collar. Please contact ASAP, cannot hold forever. Given medical attention.
