The Taipei Abandoned Animal Rescue Foundation was founded in October of 1994. It began as a school related club, run by naive students who wanted to do more than sit back and watch Taiwan's many street dogs suffer. Since then, it has expanded to a internationally run and recognized organization. Dedicated to being completely no-kill, we strive to rescue, rehabilitate and find a new home for every animal that comes into our program.
