The mission of Second Chances AAR as a not-for-profit organization, is to rescue and supply All Animals regardless of age with love, shelter, food, human companionship, medical care if needed until permanently placed in a loving home. Second Chances AAR will accept into rescue any animal who is either abandoned in a shelter, or living with an owner who can no longer supply care.
