Blackhat Humane Society was established in 2001. We do not have a shelter yet...all of our rescues are in foster homes where they receive vaccinations, are spayed and neutered and taught basic obedience/socialization skills. Our foster animals are net caged, they become part of their foster families until adoption. Our group also rescues abandoned livestock. We are a non-profit group.
