The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast, Inc. is an "open admission" shelter and adoption center serving Martin County, FL. We accept any animal in need. We are very pro-active in Humane Education, Spay/Neuter, Microchip technology, providing foster care, in house obedience training for our adoptable dogs, behavior helpline services and follow-up obedience support. Volunteers and their certified pet assisted therapy animals visit schools, hospitals, civic groups and nursing homes on a regular basis. HSTC acts as a resouce center for local feral cat caregivers.
