Rosa’s primary mission is to find permanent homes for adoptable shelter animals and strays. We rescue all breeds and specialize in German Shepherds and Australian Shepherds, understanding their incredible drive and devotion to humans. We partner with local shelters, rescues, caring individuals and businesses in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.
