We are a nonprofit, 501c3, shelter that doesn't believe in cages except in extreme circumstances, the cats quarentine period and post surgical, are usually the only times for most of the cats. If we have a special needs cat they may stay in a cage but they are let out frequently to play. All of our cats are spay and nuetered before entering the shelter, they are feluk tested and given their first shots and are dewormed.
