We are a non-profit organization whose main goal is finding safe, secure, stable and loving homes for our homeless pets. We have a staff of 7 hardworking individuals who give 150% of themselves to each and every animal. Our board of directors heads up a wonderful volunteer program, which includes greeting customers at the shelter, taking our dogs uptown to local stores so they will be seen by more of the public, helping clean the shelter in the mornings and fundraising. We have photo boards in local businesses that feature our adoptable animals. A foster program that allows potential adopters to "test drive" an animal in their home. And of course, spaying and neutering of all our animals is required to prevent pet overpopulation.
