(MARR) is a non profit animal rescue group based in the Lowcountry area of SC that is foremost dedicated to finding wonderful forever homes for the unwanted, abused & needy animals in our area and even beyond if we can. We are a small group made up of foster homes that mainly concentrates on dog rescue with our specialty being Border Collie's. We also offer referral services and courtesy listings on our website to help other rescue groups/people/shelters in our area. MARR is a strong proponent of spaying and neutering as an effective means to help control the animal overpopulation.
