AARRFF - Amazing Animals Rescued, Rehabilitated from Foster to Forever is affiliated with the Carolina Poodle Rescue, and Carolina Pet Rescue. We are a no-kill/limited entry group; we believe and support the No More Homeless Pets and spay/neuter initiatives. All animals adopted from AARRFF are spayed or neutered before being placed. We provide sanctuary and rehabilitation and, when the right home comes along, rehome needy small dogs (and others when our volunteers can't resist).
