Facility to house homeless and surrendered dogs until we can find them new adoptive homes. We are low-kill so only if a dog is sick or aggressive will it be euthanized. We run on donations only, so every penny that is raised goes right back into the shelter, we do not take wages, our time is donated. We also run the city dog pound for Waupaca so if those dogs aren\'t claimed they become H.E.L.P. Shelter dogs and get a second chance at a happy life! We are not a Humane Society, we are a seperate organization and work very hard to find our canine companions new and loving homes!
