Pet Partners, Incorporated, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, formed by a small group of volunteers, sponsored and assisted by the City of Rawlins, to provide assistance to our local Rawlins Animal Shelter and the Animal Control Officers, who serve our community. Pet Partners is taking a leadership role in providing services and funding that support our mission and assist the animal shelter in creating a safe environment for surrendered, stray and neglected animals, with a goal of serving the entire Carbon County in the future. Pet Partners is leading the charge to establish a policy to avoid euthanasia whenever possible.
