Hello! My name is Tuffy and I am an 8 year old neutered male Shar Pei that was brought to the Norfolk SPCA because my owner was moving into a retirement home and couldn't take me with her. I am a very calm, quiet and independent boy that enjoys lounging around. I would prefer a home without other dogs, cats and young children. |

Hi! My name is Chen. If I had to describe myself in 10 words or less, I’d say . . . laid-back, loyal, walk lover, bed hog, toy and treat aficionado. (That’s exactly 10 words, if you’re counting!)
I’m a 3½-year-old Shar-Pei/Lab boy from a household with four young children, but now that the new baby is here, I just don’t have the patience to deal with all that ruckus. I’d love the peace of a place with no small children. While I’ve got plenty of energy for playing chase or going for walks, I’m very mellow in the house – I’m the first to volunteer whenever a good long nap is needed. I’m also very loyal and protective. My mom used to call me “Velcro” because I followed her everywhere she went, but I think that’s a good thing!
I enjoy throwing around my stuffed animals, and I’m always up for a good game of tug o’ war. But my favorite thing is getting lovies from my family and being spoiled rotten. I am neutered and up-to-date on all my shots.
