Walk for the Animals
WHO: Humane Society of Greater Miami Adopt-A-Pet
WHERE: Bayfront Park, Downtown Miami at 301 Biscayne Blvd
WHEN: Saturday, February 21, 2009 from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
WHY: A one mile stroll around beautiful Bayfront Park (with or without your dog) to benefit the Humane Society of Greater Miami Adopt-A-Pet. Every dollar raised from the walk will go toward sheltering more than 200 homeless cats and dogs in our care everyday and supporting important programs that we offer our community, such as low-cost and free spay/neuter services, quality adoptions, humane education and pet therapy.
TICKETS: With a minimum pledge of $50 you will receive an official event t-shirt, goodie bag and a one-year subscription to Pet Parade magazine. Dog admission is free!

Loews Howl-i-Day Brunch for the Animals
Sunday, December 7, 2008, 11am-2pm
This weekend, put Fido and Fifi in their Sunday best and come dine for a great cause! Join us for the 12th annual Howl-i-day Brunch for the Animals at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, 1601 Collins Avenue. As always, our elegant brunch will be fabulous for both the 2-legged and the 4-legged! In addition to the gourmet feast we will have one-of-a-kind items at the silent auction and merchants selling gifts just in time for the holidays!
Tickets are $100 per person for adults and $35 for children aged 5-10; dogs are our guests. Hotel valet parking is $25 or parking is available in the anchor garage across the street on 16th Street at approx. $2 per hour.
