The Benton-Franklin Humane Society, located in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State, is a private, non-profit organization supported solely by contributions. Stray or Found animal? Call Tri-City Animal Control at 545-3740. By law, BFHS cannot accept stray or found pets. We can effect the rescue of a truly abandoned animal. Please call us for advice in such circumstances. See Animal Control page.
