We lovingly call them Old Timers as they have been with us for more than a year and some have been here for almost three! These are kitties that truly need good indoor homes and the love of humans. You ask why haven’t they been adopted??
Well, some people expect a cat to immediately show affection and some of these cats don’t. There are some that have gotten overlooked because they are too big. These cats have never bitten, scratched, shown any aggression or any type of bad behavior. Again, you ask why haven’t they been adopted...black/white, brown tabbies & black cats are less likely to be adopted because people like unusual cats. Why would nice cats get overlooked by adopters???...It has happened and they need YOU! |

Why adopt from RescueCats? |
|
Why adopt from RescueCats & pay the adoption fee when you can get a cat from a kill shelter for only $5?
Typically, cats from kill shelters have not been tested for infectious diseases, are unimmunized, receive NO vet care, even when obviously sick, never treated for fleas, worms or ear mites, nor have they been spayed/neutered. |
