The Central
Missouri Humane Society is a private, non-profit organization
founded in 1943 to prevent cruelty to and alleviate suffering
of all animals. We are committed to responsible pet ownership
and elevating the welfare of all animals through our adoption,
education, and intervention programs.

Board Meeting Date Change~~~
The November Board Meeting has been moved
to December 1st - 6:00pm. ROOM E108 / Veterinary
Medical Bldg. (near our usual location)
Corner Rollins / East Campus Drive Enter
parking lot from Rollins Enter door facing
Rollins (this is the entrance to what used
to be the small animal clinic). Walk straight
ahead, pass the restrooms and a closet,
and E108 will be in that hall. The building
doors will be open until 8 p.m. but locked
after that.

Statement
by CMHS Board on finances/discussions with
local officials.
The Board of Directors of the Central Missouri
Humane Society (CMHS) has been in discussion
with local officials related to the expanding
homeless, neglected and abused pet population
in this area and our continuing desire to
see these animals treated humanely.
