The Animal Welfare League of Qld takes care of approximately 12,000 strayed and abandoned animals a year on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. The AWL receives no government funding for welfare work, relying predominantly on the community for financial and emotional support. It is through the continued support of the community that we will achieve a brighter future for every companion animal in need.
The Animal Welfare League of Qld Opportunity Shops are running a Christmas Special for the week of Monday, 24th November until Friday, 28th November.
During this period all clothing will be half price for the entire week at all of our Op Shops. For a full list of our Opportunity Shops please view our Contact Us page.
If you are interested in volunteering at one of our Op Shops or would like further information on our Christmas Special, contact our Retail Development Officer 07 5509 9019.
