Update on Romeo's Health Status

Romeo is a dear dog who has won the hearts of his foster family and his friends. Many have joined the effort to support his healthcare needs to try to alleviate his ongoing skin ailments. Unfortunately, Romeo isn't doing so well and is currently too ill to undergo the tests he needs.
