My name is Zach and I am a very pretty little boy. I really don't like it here at all, I need a warm house with a cozy family to cuddle with. I am good with other dogs and children but I have never been around cats so I don't know if I like them or not. I am housebroken also so I would make the perfect addition to any new family. My owner got very sick and could no longer take care of me so that is why I am here. I miss them a lot and can't wait to find a new family. I promise to be very good for you and I will be a loyal family friend. Please consider taking me into your home today. My adoption fee is only $90 and that will cover my rabies vaccine, boosters, wormer and my neuter. Who We Are
Currently we are the only Animal Shelter in Cullman County. We are a County Shelter. We take in animals from citizens as well as County Animal Control Officers and Municipal Animal Control Officers. We would love to see all the animals that come in find a good home. We have a very aggressive adoption program here and have one of the higher adoption rates in the state. We have several volunteers that carry our pets to Pet Depot on Saturdays. We also utilize several foster homes. This is in an effort to find more pets a home. However, we still have to euthanize due to lack of homes. If you can, please come see us to adopt your next pet. You can save a life here.
Adopting a friend
Our adoption price is $90.00 for dogs and puppies and $65.00 for cats and kittens. This price includes the rabies vaccine and the spay or neuter of your new pet at specified Vet Clinics in our county. Also, due to donations we are able to deworm your new pet and vaccinate them at our facility with puppy/kitten shots.
Come Visit Us!
Coming from the city of Cullman, take 278 E going toward East Point. When you pass the Cullman Times at the next red light you will see Cullman Guns and Ammo and an Orange Carpet building on your left, turn left at that red light, which will be Convent Road. Go just a little over 1/2 mile and we are on the left all the way to the end of the drive.
Coming from Holly Pond area, go 278 W past St. Bernard Prep School. At the first red past the school, turn right go a little over 1/2 mile and we are on the left all the way to the end of the drive.
