CARS is a pet rescue organization supported entirely by donations and fundraisers. We are based in the Tacoma, WA area but serve wherever we are able! CARS uses a network of foster homes for our rescued pets, and does not have a "shelter" facility. Staffed only by volunteers, we have provided you with a fax number and several email addresses for you to contact us.
We are proudly dedicated to the pets of our community and are working to reduce and ultimately eliminate pet overpopulation and homelessness. We promote the spaying and neutering of all cats and dogs and work toward a community where no adoptable pets are killed simply because there are not enough homes.
