Thank you for your interest in working for Hugs. We have three levels of volunteers. All volunteers begin with Tier 1 and, depending upon their time, interest and qualifications, they may progress up to Tier 3.
Tier One
This is the helper level. This level requires a minimum of 8 hours per month. Volunteers at this level will be expected to perform assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.
If you are interested in volunteering for H4HA, please fill out the Tier One Application. This application will let us know your interests and abilities so that we can properly place you in the best area that meets your qualifications.
Tier Two
This level is for the serious volunteer who has proven their interest in the success of H4HA's mission and want to make a serious commitment to work in a more responsible capacity. This level brings with it more responsibility and more benefits. You will be assigned a job title, a personal email address, and personal work space. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per month.
If you are interested in moving to this level, click on the link below, print it out and send the completed document and the supporting information to our office. Once we receive this, we will evaluate your volunteer record and contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

Tier Three
This is a management level. To advance to this level, a volunteer must prove their abilities in quality of work production, time management, reporting, and the ability to manage and oversee the work of others. There is a minimum of 80 hours per month and a long-term commitment required of this level.
